We have pre-reserved 40 rooms under the congress name. Reservations can be made via a special booking code or a direct link to the hotel booking page, which will be provided closer to the registration opening.
Important: The pre-reserved rooms will be held until July 1, 2026. After this date, any unbooked rooms will be released for general sale. Participants can still book rooms after this date, but then it’s subject to availability.
