We are delighted to welcome scientists, researchers and professionals working in all areas of microscopy and imaging to Osijek, Croatia, for the 5th Croatian Microscopy Congress with international participation.

Organized by the Croatian Microscopy Society in collaboration with the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek, and Faculty of Medicine Osijek CMC2026 will bring together cutting-edge research, innovative methods and vibrant discussion, creating a unique forum for networking and exchange in the field of microscopy.

In 2026, we also celebrate a remarkable milestone – 50 years since Croatia’s first scanning electron microscope was installed at the “Željezara Sisak” Institute of Metallurgy in Sisak.
CMC2026 proudly marks this anniversary, honoring half a century of advancement in electron microscopy and its impact on Croatian science.
