Presentation Guidelines

The preliminary scientific programme for CMC2026 is now available above. Participants are kindly requested to review the programme and their scheduled presentation time. Please note that minor adjustments may still be made as the programme is finalised.

Oral Presentations

To ensure that all sessions run according to schedule, speakers are kindly requested to adhere strictly to the allocated presentation time:

  • Plenary lectures: 40 minutes for the presentation, followed by 10 minutes for discussion

  • Invited lectures: 20 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes for discussion

  • Selected oral presentations: 12 minutes for the presentation, followed by 3 minutes for discussion

Session chairpersons will monitor the allocated time. Speakers are therefore encouraged to prepare their presentations accordingly and leave sufficient time for questions and discussion.

Poster Presentations

Posters should be prepared according to the following specifications:

  • Dimensions: 70 cm wide × 100 cm high

  • Orientation: Portrait

Poster presenters are expected to be present at their posters during the scheduled poster session to discuss their work with congress participants. Further information regarding poster numbering, placement and mounting will be provided in due course.

Should you have any questions regarding the programme or presentation guidelines, please feel free to contact the CMC2026 Organizing Committee (info@mikroskopija.hr).
