Poziv na 266. mjesečni sastanak HMD-a

Dragi mikroskopičari, 

Pozivamo Vas na prvi ovogodišnji mjesečni sastanak kojeg ćemo održati slijedeći utorak, 31. siječnja 2023. godine u 16 sati u dvorani 1. krila Instituta Ruđer Bošković, a isti će biti moguće pratiti i putem poveznice https://mojoblak.irb.hr/apps/bbb/b/7PkPnZWnfxMngXGi. 

Skrećemo Vam pozornost na raspisani natječaj HMD-a za plaćanje troškova sudjelovanja na 20th International Microscopy Congress www.imc20.kr u Busanu, Koreja, od 10. do 15. rujna 2023. u iznosu do 1000 eur po članu. Ovisno o broju pristiglih prijava, razmatrat će se i prijave za sudjelovanje na drugim kongresima vezanim uz mikroskopiju, posebice ako imaju potporu EMS-a (detalje o EMS potporama možete pronaći u nastavku poruke). Više informacija o tome pogledaje ovdje: https://mikroskopija.hr/interni-natjecaj/

Osim o natječaju, na sastanku će i naše stipendistice Sara Marijan i Mirela Uzelac nastaviti seriju predavanja s 4. hrvatskog mikroskopijskog kongresa.

Podsjećamo Vas i da možete sudjelovati u slijedećim aktivnostima HMD-a kroz cijelu 2023. godinu:

1. Sudjelovanje na dvodnevnom mikroskopijskom simpoziju u Splitu u sklopu 31. godišnjeg sastanka HMD-a, povodom 40. obljetnice osnutka sekcije iz koje se razvilo Društvo;
2. Održavanje predavanja vezanog uz mikroskopiju na mjesečnom sastanku, kao i pozvanog predavanja u svrhu popularizacije znanosti;
3. Slanje prezentacija/skripti/linkova s tematikom mikroskopije, u svrhu izrade web repozitorija o mikroskopiji za studente i doktorande  (slobodno nam ih šaljite kroz cijelu godinu);
4. Prikupljanje mikroskopijskih slika za objavu na internetskim stranicama HMD-a, Facebooku i Instagramu (slobodno nam ih šaljite kroz cijelu godinu);
5. Izrada videozapisa o uporabi mikroskopije  (besplatno snimanje vašeg laboratorija za rubriku radni dan mikroskopičara ili davanje intervjua za rubriku razgovori s mikroskopičarima);
6. Obnova podataka iz registra mikroskopa (ako isti nije u bazi dovoljno je da nam na mail pošaljite poveznicu s informacijama o mikroskopu)

Također, uvijek smo Vam na raspolaganju za pomoć pri osmišljavanju, organizaciji i izvođenju mikroskopijskih radionica poput edukacija za mikroskopičare ili radionica za učenike/studente, kao i za druge prijedloge povezane s mikroskopijom.

To support young researchers, scholarships will be awarded for the participation at the next IMC to be held on Sept. 10-15, 2023 in BEXCO, Busan, Korea. See the following link for more information on the meeting: https://www.imc20.kr Please note that only EMS members are eligible for EMS scholarships.  The application deadline is fixed as the original conference abstract submission deadline for this meeting (April 15th, 2023). Each applicant must submit at least one abstract and has to be registered at the meeting. A copy of the abstract(s), registration details (a screen shot or printout of the confirmation mail is accepted), and a proof of student or early-stage researcher when applicable have to be added to the application. Depending on the number of demands we will try to serve also early career researchers.
